We all live in an age where chemicals and additives dominate our daily life when it comes to cooking. In this article I will claim that the spices shops sell are not worth the price they charge. The strongest example of this is turmeric on spice jars. These glasses are filled with some light yellow substance that doesn't even come close to looking like turmeric, or smelling like turmeric.

And this is how I experience it when the comparison comes to where I have home-produced turmeric. While the store's is very light yellow, almost odorless and tasteless, my powder is brown and has a very strong smell of turmeric. When comparing other types of spices, I arrive at the same result. Most of the stuff from stores is cooked up, and not worth the money you pay for them.

Now it is the case that I produce a 100% homemade witch's brew, where all residues (fibre) that are left over are dehydrated at low heat, like 50-60 degrees, so that they retain the living organic substances that make us get a tasty spice mixture, and at the same time we take in important substances that are good for the whole body and our system.

I must point out that it is not just turmeric, ginger, lemon, garlic and chilli that are suitable for a spice mix. Fiber left over from vegetable juice can also be dried and mixed into fantastic mixed spices that really both smell and taste fantastic.

In the following recipe you will find some of the best spices that go with all kinds of food such as poultry, fish, pork and beef.

All ingredients mentioned in the article come 100% from the production of witch brew, which is ground in an ordinary electric coffee grinder after dehydration.

15 grams of turmeric
10 grams of ginger
5 grams of chilli
10 grams of garlick
3 grams of black pepper (pepper enhances the medicinal effects of the rest of the content by approx. 2000 times)
1.5 teaspoon fine salt, preferably Himalayan salt.

Place it all in a suitable spice jar that can hold tight, otherwise the spices will clump because no chemical and cancer-causing clumping agents have been added.

Those of you who can't, or can't stand the work of making witch's brew, spices, and various capsules with turmeric, ginger, garlic and more, can buy it from me if you live in or near La Romana Spain.

Gradually, these items will appear in my webshop when I have something available. I only make small quantities, so it is a very limited quantity available to others.

I will return with recipes and descriptions of natural medicines that everyone can make at home, and that will save enormous sums of money on purchases from pharmacies and other outlets that probably know how to extract a lot of money from our pockets.

Remember to share the article so many people can benefit from it. If you want to support me and my pages financially, please send a few euros to paypal.me/Berdaljan It will help an old pensioner a lot. Many thanks in advance.😍
